These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr804 ("pkr804", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pkr804 online gaming platform available at pkr804.cam and any related services, mobile applications or digital products operated under the pkr804 brand.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager on pkr804, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkr804 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

In these Terms, the following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain a pkr804 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to you;
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law — you are solely responsible for verifying this;
• You are registering the Account in your own name and for your own personal use only;
• You do not already hold an existing pkr804 Account — only one Account per individual is permitted;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of pkr804 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had a pkr804 Account closed, suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order applicable to this Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or trustee for any third party.

Players must complete the pkr804 registration form in full, providing accurate, current and truthful personal information. Required fields include, but are not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pkr804 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not reused across other services. You must notify pkr804 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pkr804 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Players may not share, transfer or sell their Account to any third party.

Each person may maintain only one Account. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pkr804 may close the duplicate Account(s), void associated wagers and forfeit any associated balances, including winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

pkr804 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity, age and place of residence of all registered Players. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any other point at pkr804's reasonable discretion in connection with fraud prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations or responsible gambling requirements.

Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani players, a current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address — for example, a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last three months;
• A selfie or liveness-check photograph as requested through the secure verification portal;
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required in connection with a specific deposit or withdrawal method.

pkr804 will process KYC submissions in good faith and with reasonable dispatch. Pending verification, withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until KYC requirements are satisfied. pkr804 will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Players may fund their pkr804 Account using any payment method currently listed as available in the cashier section of the Platform. Supported methods are subject to change and may vary by region. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in the currency displayed in the Player's Account. Where currency conversion is applied, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction. pkr804 does not guarantee specific processing times, as these are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change;
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider;
• pkr804 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name;
• Depositing funds into your pkr804 Account solely to withdraw without gaming activity may be treated as an attempt to misuse the payment system and may result in Account review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, to the extent technically feasible — subject to applicable third-party provider rules;
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing times which may vary by payment method;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier;
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly — only Real Money winnings that have satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

pkr804 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pkr804 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms (e.g., 30× Bonus Funds);
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: A maximum single-stake limit applies while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The limit is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and derived winnings;
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on winnings that may be withdrawn from Bonus Funds, regardless of actual winnings generated;
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit this;
• Abuse Prevention: pkr804 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits, void associated winnings or close Accounts where it reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to circumvent its conditions.

All PKR figures quoted in bonus materials — for example, PKR 1,000 minimum deposit or PKR 25,000 maximum cash-out — are illustrative unless they appear in a specific live promotion. Players must verify current figures within the active promotion terms before claiming.

All bets and wagers placed on the pkr804 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or market. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• pkr804 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, error, manipulation or technical malfunction;
• Winnings derived from a voided bet will not be paid out. Stake amounts from voided bets will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance;
• In the event of a palpable error in odds, prices or game mechanics, pkr804 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets at the correct price;
• Live betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. pkr804 accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate live feed data where such errors are caused by the data provider;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the time of placing a bet;
• Outcome decisions for sports betting markets follow the official results published by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the ICC, PCB and PSL governing bodies as applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr804 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading or altered information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, syndicate betting or any form of coordinated manipulation;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Reverse-engineering, copying or reproducing any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that adversely affects the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

All content on the pkr804 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of pkr804 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pkr804.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr804 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance or third-party failure;
• Errors in odds, prices or game data caused by third-party data providers;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any consequence arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr804's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pkr804 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment only — not as a financial strategy, a source of income or a means to recover losses. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion facilities available in your Account settings and to seek professional support.

pkr804 strictly prohibits access by minors. Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit gambling. Players must understand and comply with applicable law.

pkr804 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood pkr804's data practices.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification and platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and, where applicable, responsible gambling monitoring. pkr804 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkr804 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• pkr804 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity;
• Inaccurate or false information has been provided;
• Prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9 has been identified;
• A Player requests Account closure in accordance with a self-exclusion request.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pkr804 support. Real Money Funds remaining in a closed Account — subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any grounds for forfeiture — will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where technically feasible.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr804 holds its operating licence. Players are advised to review the licensing information displayed on the Platform for the applicable jurisdiction.

For Pakistani players specifically: these Terms do not constitute a representation that using pkr804 is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation govern the legality of gambling for residents of Pakistan. pkr804 does not provide legal advice. Players must seek independent legal guidance if they are uncertain about their position under Pakistani law.

pkr804 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkr804 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
